 About Chris Hicks

For nearly 30 years already, I have built a career as a professional musician, songwriter, and performer.  Parallel to my musical career, is my experience and passion for pro audio, video, and lighting design & installation. 

Fifteen of those years, I toured a as a professional fulltime musician in the Christian pop-rock band, Voyager. Voyager performed over 250 concerts annually, appearing at various venues across the nation and working with many national artists in the music business.  This vast experience has helped equip me to competently provide the perfect products for each project that we encounter.

One of my biggest concerns are the number of service calls that we get to assist or repair installed systems in school and church auditoriums.  Most of these customers have spent thousands of dollars on systems that are completely inadequate for their needs. 

My mission is to make sure that every customer is treated with respect as I understand their vision, help them achieve their goals and maximize their investment.  Simply providing a customer with a cookie-cutter approach diminishes their value.

Most of my customers are now friends.  Our relationships are priceless and I look forward to making new friends and building life-long relationships with all of our new customers.
